The Bakery Chef will have to make breads with consistent quality and follow the procedures as taught during the training.Brownie points if chef knows other components of Bakery like cakes/desserts/confectionery. Since we are in a startup phase so there will be tasks related to packaging the order and some other order lifecycle processes. As you are joining during the early phase so there are lot of learning opportunities which will help you grow as the business grows. Meal will be provided. Accommodation will have to be taken care by the individual.
the key responsibilities associated with this role:
Recipe Development: Bakery Chefs are responsible for creating and developing recipes for a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other sweet treats.
Baking and Pastry Production: Bakery Chefs oversee the production of baked goods in the bakery. They manage the entire process, including preparing the dough, mixing ingredients, shaping and molding dough, proofing, baking, and applying glazes or decorations. They ensure that each item is made to the desired standards of taste,
