Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:

 - Provide leadership and direction to the business head operations team.
 - Ensure alignment of operational activities with the company's overall business objectives.
 
2. Franchise Management:
- Oversee the performance of all franchise outlets to ensure consistency and quality.
 - Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
 - Develop and implement best practices to support franchise growth and sustainability.
 
3. Operational Excellence:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all restaurant outlets.
 - Implement and maintain high standards of service, quality, and safety.
 - Drive operational efficiencies and cost-effectiveness.
 
4. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for operations.
 - Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets.
 - Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
 
5. Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team.
 - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
 - Implement performance management processes to ensure team accountability and growth.
 
6. Customer Focus:
- Ensure a superior customer experience across all outlets.
 - Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
 - Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
 
7. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
 - Implement and monitor safety and hygiene standards.
 - Conduct regular audits and take corrective actions as needed.
