We are looking for a candidate who possesses expertise in (Varadi,Maharashtrian cuisine Konkani & Kolhapuri).
This candidate should be capable of managing large-scale bulk cooking as well as ala carte kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role as a Head Chef.
Prior experience working in traditional Maharashtrian restaurants & QSR's, specifically in bulk cooking, and a background in ala carte kitchen management within various settings such as standalone restaurants, thali concept restaurants, and regional speciality restaurants is highly desirable.
Knowledge of North Indian & Biryani is an added advantage.
