Designation: Head of Call Centre / Call Centre Manager

Location: office in Gurgaon

Subordinates: initially 13 employees with expansion up to 200 in a span of 3 years.

Company profile: newly opened branch of MNC (Yellow Calls project), the call Centre will be providing services within India, but outbound also possible. It will depend on candidate's profile. We are open to any suggestions.

We are looking for: independent Manager who will be given a card Blanche to organize own strong team and will bring our Indian branch to profitability. Its a good chance for young professional to build successful project from scratch and grow professionally within short period of time.

Mandatory requirement:

  • English  - speaking
  • Experience in call-centre  in managerial position starting from 6 years
  • He should be able to bring at least 1 client on board with minimum 10 seats capacity.

Job Description :

Qualification :

Graduate/ MBA

Primary Responsibilities :
