Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Responsible for all process steps after hiring decision together with
Management and Recruitment Team (issue of appointment contract,
drive relocation, follow up with candidates, ensure relationship
management with candidates)
ï‚· Support all administrative tasks regarding employee relations, such as
issuing new contracts/transfer letters/other required documents in
cooperation with the operation team.
ï‚· Ensure leveraging social handles to attract desired candidate profiles.
ï‚· Compose and coordinate Job Descriptions are available and followed
correctly.
ï‚· Ensure employee data integrity on the HRM software.
ï‚· Coordinating with statutory consultants and other vendor agencies
ï‚· Execute the HR calendar and drive employee engagement (end to end
execution)
ï‚· Overview, coordinate and manage various HR processes and Payroll
system. Share tracker and status reports with business and internal
team.
ï‚· Process incentives and performance linked bonus.
ï‚· Payroll inputs filing and documentation and liaise with company
accountant in streamlining the payroll structure.
ï‚· Responsible for all follow-ups resulting from internal team meetings.
ï‚· Responsible for coordinating employee performance appraisal and
reporting hours from the current with HRM software.
ï‚· Drive seamless on-boarding and exit processes: induction and joining
of new employees
ï‚· Update lists and reports as required (new hires/distribution lists/open
positions list etc.)
ï‚· Carry out special projects (incl. presentations) and assignments as
requested

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
ï‚· Must be interested in Digital Marketing.
ï‚· Must have flair in working with agency.
ï‚· Should have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
ï‚· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English

ï‚· Must have excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail
ï‚· Should be able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
simultaneously.
ï‚· Should be able to use HRM software like Zoho People, Orange HRM
and other similar tools.
ï‚· Should have prior exposure to project management tools like Trello,
Asana, Jira or any similar tools.
ï‚· Must have a strong knowledge on Microsoft Office tools
ï‚· Must have working experience on recruitment platforms like Naukri,
Indeed and Monster.
Should have used social platforms like LinkedIn or other platforms for
recruitment services.

Qualification :

Professional certificate

Primary Responsibilities :

MBA in HR
ï‚· 2 to 5-year work experience in an IT company with international end
client exposure.
ï‚· Strong working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-
PowerPoint).
ï‚· Should be very good in coordination and communication.
ï‚· Ideally Zoho-people / Asana working knowledge
ï‚· Should be very clear with the HR norms, guidelines and best practices.
