HIRING FOR HR RECRUITER Dear Candidate
We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationships with the customers and consultants We are looking for a Technical & Non-Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT/NON-IT Clients Team.
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, follow up till the candidate joins
Should have experience with various selection processes and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Google meet, and personal.
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
Excellent communication skills knowledge about healthcare recruitment Good persuasive skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
