Job Title: Sales Executive – IT
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar industry. Must have hands-on experience in acquiring clients and closing deals related to website design & development and Website Maintenance.
Salary: Depends on the Candidate’s last drawn and proven track record. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Location: Bangalore, India.

Job Description: Company is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT products and services, and a proven track record of sales success.

 

Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, social media channels especially LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
ï‚· Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
ï‚· Present company's products and services to clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
ï‚· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
ï‚· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
ï‚· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to meet client requirements.
ï‚· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
ï‚· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
ï‚· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.

 

Qualifications:
ï‚· Full-time graduate in B.tech with MBA preferred or Computer Science with MBA preferred. (From a reputed institute)
ï‚· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably selling website & maintenance services in a reputed company.
ï‚· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.                                                                                                           ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and Kannada inaddition to English.
ï‚· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
ï‚· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ï‚· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
