Summary 
- Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions.
 
- Responsible for setting up Dealers & Distributers Channel in the assigned areas.
 
Responsibilities
- Market and sell company products to current and potential customers
 
- Prepare schedules and action plans to identify the dealers and distributors and the end customers and no. of contacts to be made
 
- Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Dealers, Distributors, Carpenters, and Fabricators.
 
- Generate & follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
 
- Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.
 
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
 
- To develop market potential and growth of company as business prospective.  
 
- To expand dealer channel for specific area to growth business volume aspects.
 
- Identify and resolve all customer complaints.
 
- Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
 
- Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
 
- Ensure payments are received by due date
 
- Any other duties assigned as deemed fit by the Management from time-to-time
 
 Qualifications
- Preferably should hold a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
 
- 4-7 years of responsible sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products. Should have experience in appointing and working with dealer and distributor networks.
 
Knowledge and Skill requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 
- Ability to persuade and influence others
 
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
 
- Ability to understand and follow procedures laid done by the company.
 
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide positive company image to the public
