Responsibilities;

 

·         Having Sales knowledge preferably from IT Sales and knows the market as well

·         Need to check the targets and revenues they are achieving.

·         Also if they have Staff Augmentation experience than also it is fine but that person should have experience in IT and Recruitment markets throughout.

·         Should have a ready pool of customers whom we can onboard. We are looking for someone having proven track record in sales and growth in specific market.

·         Candidates should have experience in Staff Augmentation and hunting and farming experience in IT.

·         Candidates need to have a strong presence in enterprise accounts.

·         Candidates should have strong experience in T&M engagement of different technologies.

·         Candidates should have a strong track record of success. 

·         Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills.

·         Candidates should be able to respond to RFP and be able to understand engagement documentation and process.

·         Candidates should be able to stay on field

Qualification :

Bachelor degree
