Job Summary
A Secretary provides administrative support to the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible to operate office equipment such as copiers, desktop, etc.
Answer phone calls and redirect it to concerned employees.
Set up and maintain an updated paper and electronic filing system.
Responsible to send, receive and distribute incoming mails.
Support the Finance Manager in team meetings. Further, take notes and follow up on
actions required agreed on during meetings.
Participates in project work where applicable.

Ideal Requirements
Education
Diploma, secretarial related. Bachelor degree is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in similar position or related to business.
Relevant Experience: 1 years of experience in automotive industry.
