Job Overview:
We are
seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Organization team and play
a crucial role in helping our clients find the right talent. In this role, you
will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, from
understanding our clients' hiring needs to delivering high-quality candidates.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various industries and
strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Collaborate
with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business
objectives.
Ø Develop and
maintain strong client relationships to ensure a deep understanding of their
requirements.
Ø Utilize
various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking,
and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Ø Build a
strong network of candidates, both active and passive, across different
industries.
Ø Create and
execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
Ø Conduct
in-depth candidate interviews, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and
cultural fit with clients.
Ø Manage the
entire candidate assessment process, including skills testing and reference
checks.
Ø Facilitate
the offer negotiation process and assist in finalizing offers.
Ø Coordinate
with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth on boarding process.
Ø Stay
updated on industry trends and labour market conditions to provide valuable
insights to clients.
Ø Conduct
market research to identify salary benchmarks and competitive compensation
packages.
Ø Maintain
accurate records of candidates, clients, and job opportunities in the applicant
tracking system.
Ø Provide
regular progress reports to clients, sharing insights and data related to the
recruitment process.

all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualification and Skills:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Ø Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on non-IT positions.
Ø Strong understanding of the non-IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ø Strong organizational and time management skills.
