Detailed Work Profile: Primary responsibilities include:
- Achieve sales targets for the region with support from headquarters.
 - Identify, assess, and appoint business associates and provide techno-commercial support.
 - Conduct SWOT and PESTLE analysis of markets and devise entry strategies for each market.
 - Engage with multiple stakeholders in the road industry for product approval.
 - Prepare and deliver technical presentations to key road stakeholders involved in decision-making.
 - Arrange and line up product trials and testing.
 - Develop or enhance ability to perform laboratory mix designs for asphalt and soil mixtures.
 - Identify opportunities in the Waterproofing (WP) and Paints verticals, and initiate discussions for the same.
 
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Local male candidate of Arab or Indian origin.
 - Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
 - 5-10 years of experience in the asphalt industry, specialty chemicals, or road sector.
 - Techno-commercial professional with a successful track record in developing new business and markets.
 - Pleasing personality with excellent communication, networking skills, and technical acumen.
 - Hardworking and persistent with a flair for technical selling.
 
Contract Duration: Minimum of 2 years
